Communities Creating Homes

DTA Wales and Wales Co-operative Centre have been awarded funding from the Nationwide Foundation and Welsh Government. Working in partnership, DTA Wales will recruit 18 communities over 3 years across both urban and rural areas in Wales to explore building their own affordable homes and enabling them to start up their own small scale community led housing projects with early stage support, known as the “Explore” stage.  Wales Co-operative Centre will deliver other aspects of support.
