If our building is damp and cold one solution is to crank up the heat. However, few of us have the money to add anything on to heating bills that already feel far bigger than we would like. Even if money were no object, the increased carbon emissions from increasing the amount of oil or gas we are using to heat the building may give us pause. For both these reasons, most of us know that cranking up the heat is not a sustainable solution.
