This workshop is part of our Social Business Wales “One to Many” series.
Date: 11/11/2026
Time: 12:30 – 14:00
Location: On Zoom (register below!)
This workshop explores how social enterprises can help shape their community’s future by taking ownership of local buildings and land and using them to create lasting social, economic and environmental benefits.
Drawing on practical examples and real‑world experiences, this session looks at why local ownership matters, what makes an asset viable, and how assets can underpin community enterprise. It will also examine the risks and governance challenges involved, and the practical steps social enterprises take as they move from an initial idea through to full ownership.
