DTA Wales Member, Arts Factory are seeking new staff for their graphic design agency, Arts Factory De sign:

Arts Factory Design are a small (but amazing) non-profit design studio in the Rhondda – and their mission is to design marketing communications that steal the show! They create all kinds of collateral from leaflets, brochures and websites to annual reports, posters and banners for our private, public and third sector clients. All their profits support the Arts Factory charity, which means their design doesn’t just look good it does good!

They urgently seeking a Marketing Production Assistant to keep their busy design studio on track to make sure the work they produce for clients is on time, on target and exactly what they wanted (or better)!

Responsibilities will include: chasing multiple quotes; liaising with multiple clients and suppliers; keeping work flowing between clients, suppliers and studio; maintaining databases; typing briefs as well as accurate record keeping from project start right through to delivery (all at the same time).
