Some of the programmes that we have been proud to run at DTA Wales include:

Enterprising Solutions: Helps community organisations set up and run community enterprises

Renew Wales – between 2012-2022, Renew Wales helped hundreds of community groups to tackle climate change and live more sustainably.

Communities Creating Homes:  Helped support new and embryonic groups exploring different forms of community led housing

Community Asset Transfer 2 (CAT2) Programme. CAT2 is the flagship Big Lottery Wales Programme which provides both capital and revenue funding to support the transfer of assets, such as land and buildings, from individuals, public or private sector organisations to community ownership. DTA Wales has supported applicants and grant holders on the Big Lottery Community Asset Transfer 2 (CAT2) Programme.

Community Led Housing: DTA Wales led the Welsh “See for Yourself” Visit as part of an 18 month series of learning visits to community led housing projects around the country. Led by our sister organisation Locality, and funded by the Building and Social Housing Foundation, this programme has now been completed.
