Description & History
The Taff Bargoed Development Trust was established in 1995 and has created the Welsh International Climbing Centre and associated businesses that include a caving complex, cafe-bar, 3 conference rooms, fitness suite, accommodation block and outdoor pursuits centre.
The Trust also has a number of units of managed workshops space and office accommodation for rent
The trust helps to support local community enterprise development through training and community business opportunities. The Trust has implemented a programme of physical environmental improvements within the Taff Bargoed Valley that will contribute to the regeneration process and encourage tourism in the area.
