Can you help others take action on climate change and sustainability?

Date: 19.09.2022

Peer mentors are at the heart of what we do at Development Trusts Association (DTA) Wales.  Our peer mentors support, empower and develop the capacity of community groups to reach their goals.

Early in 2023 we will launch a new programme, as yet not publicly named, to support community action on climate change and sustainability so we now need to build up our pool of peer mentors.

If you’ve got experience of working with community groups in Wales and have skills and knowledge that you are enthusiastic to share with others, then why not apply?

Peer mentors are paid for the work they do. They are either hosted by a third-sector organisation or directly contracted by DTA Wales. There is no guarantee that a given Peer Mentor will receive any assignments to support a group. The programme is demand-led and responsive to emergent requests.
